My work is rooted in function.  I take great satisfaction in making a mug that you'll want to reach for every morning. I believe we should surround ourselves with beauty, whatever our personal definition of that may be. 
I hope that my work, in a small way, will enhance your environment and your experiences in it.

I love the luscious qualities of porcelain and strive to retain those elements in my finished work.  I fire my work in an
electric kiln to cone 6.  All of my glazes are lead and barium free and dishwasher/microwave safe.
